Silo Community Church is a pastoral-led church. The Spiritual Oversight team support the Lead Pastor and help care for the spiritual need of the church.
James Adams is the founding and lead pastor of Silo Community Church. James and his wife Tabitha have been married for 17 years and have six children. They lived in Louisburg, KS, where Silo Community Church began. Combined, Pastor James and his wife have been in ministry for more than 25 years. They have served in various churches as senior leaders throughout their ministry life.
In 2005 they founded a nonprofit international ministry called One Heart Ministry International (OHMI). They served and worked with orphanages, churches and ministered to street children throughout Haiti. They started a pastor's network in Haiti with five churches and 10 pastors. God grew the network to 120 churches with more than 450 pastors.
In 2007 the Adams moved to Haiti as full-time missionaries to work with churches and orphanages. In 2008, The Adams moved to Kansas City and served at the International House of Prayer for several years.
In 2017 James joined Grace Church as a Pastoral Resident. While serving at Grace, God called James to plant a church that would express His kingdom reality in our daily walk with Him. On September 15th, 2019 they obeyed God and launched Silo Community Church which is located in Louisburg, KS.
